Coaching Supervision

It’s where you bring the complexity of your coaching practice – the sessions that stayed with you, the dynamics you couldn’t quite name, the moments of doubt – and explore them with an experienced supervisor who understands the work from the inside.

What supervision offers

It works across three dimensions simultaneously: developing your skills and capacity as a coach, attending to the emotional demands of the work, and maintaining the quality and ethical standards your clients deserve.

Who we work with

We offer supervision on a one-to-one and group basis for individual coaches, and in-house supervision for organisations with internal coaching panels. For in-house teams, group supervision does something especially valuable – it creates a shared space where peer coaches can reflect together, learn from each other’s experience, and build a strong internal support network.

Why it matters

Supervision is considered best practice across the coaching profession. Evidence of regular supervision is required by professional bodies for accreditation and is increasingly expected by corporate clients and procurement teams as part of their quality assurance process. It’s not a nice-to-have – it’s how serious coaches stay at their best.
