KOI Coaching Cards:

Values shape how we see ourselves, how we relate to others and what we expect from the world around us. When they are named and explored, they offer a window into what drives us, what matters most and where harmony or tension in our relationships and organisations originates.

KOI Coaching Cards are designed for coaches, facilitators and managers who want to open up that exploration.

They can be used in one-to-one coaching, team settings or group facilitation to explore personal values, team dynamics, organisational culture or any situation where understanding what really matters is the starting point for meaningful change.

An Ideal Use

As an icebreaker, ask each person to choose a card and introduce themselves by sharing what attracted them to that particular card.

In pairs, each person chooses a card to introduce themselves. The other person then shares how the image and explanation impacted on them.

In a group setting, each person selects 1 or 2 core values and shares the behaviours they expect of themselves or others based on these values.

What's in the Pack

Each pack contains 50 postcard-sized cards, featuring a thought-provoking image on one side and a core value on the other, offering versatile prompts for deep exploration.
