Mentor Programmes

A mentoring programme is only as good as the mentors in it. We help organisations build the skills, confidence and structures their managers need to mentor well and to keep getting better at it.

We design and deliver bespoke mentoring programmes that work. Not just training days, but an end-to-end approach that equips mentors and supports them in practice.

Who it’s for

This programme is designed for organisations who want to use mentoring strategically – to develop high potentials, support female talent, ease career transitions, and build a more inclusive culture from the inside out.

What’s included

Introduction to Mentoring – managers build the foundational skills and confidence to enter a mentoring relationship well. They leave with a clear understanding of their role, the stages of a mentoring relationship, and the core skills of listening, questioning and structuring conversations.

Advanced Mentoring – Managers develop the confidence to mentor across diverse groups, including reverse mentoring, cross-cultural mentoring, and supporting colleagues through transitions such as maternity leave. This workshop also focuses on giving and receiving feedback effectively.

Mentoring Circles – A confidential peer space where mentors come together to share learnings, work through challenges, and deepen their practice. Based on the principles of Action Learning, these sessions create the kind of psychological safety that makes real reflection possible.
