What it is

This is a practical, experiential programme that blends coaching theory with real coach practice. Participants don’t just learn about coaching – they experience it from both sides, developing genuine skill they can take straight back into their organisations.

The programme is delivered across four workshops, with supported practice and reflection built in throughout.

What participants will develop

· A grounded understanding of coaching – what it is, when to use it, and how it differs from mentoring and managing

· Practical tools and frameworks, including the T-GROW model and Situational Leadership

· The ability to hold effective coaching conversations – with individuals and teams

· Insight into change, motivation and performance through a coaching lens

· A personal development agenda, informed by their own experience of being coached

Who it’s for

Managers and team leaders who want to lead in a way that genuinely brings out the best in their people.
