Measurement
KOI Business Coaching & Consulting agree with Mason Haire, “What gets measured gets done”. Therefore our methodology is based on agreeing measurements for success. Measures for success will be agreed up front and reviewed at regular intervals.
Involvement
KOI Business Coaching & Consulting believe that Involvement is a key motivator and underpins success because people support and commit to outcomes that they are involved in creating. We will work with you to identify who needs to be involved and to what extent to ensure success.
Transparency
Transparency is about conducting business in a clear and accountable way. Transparency is vital to building and maintaining trust, which is a prerequisite for Involvement. KOI Business coaching and Consulting adhere to and are accountable to the Association for Coaching Code of Ethics.
