Biography

Isolde Norris, founder of KOI Business Coaching & Consulting, has had a career to-date that spans 20 years in both large and small organisations. Specific corporate experience includes over 12 years in a large IT multinational, where she held positions ranging from project manager, first-line supervisor and Senior Manager. She has managed departmental teams including a geographically dispersed programme management department, functional and cross-functional departments and large cross-functional project teams and task forces.

During her time working as a Senior Manager, she developed a keen interest in organisational development. She designed and implemented successful culture change programmes resulting in improved employee morale, new ways of working and significant increases in performance. 

Isolde's interest lies in growing and developing individuals to allow them to reach their true potential, through increased awareness of themselves, others and their relationships. Isolde is an advocate of psychological mindedness as an approach to coaching and uses this to coach clients to secure lasting change and improved performance.
